1. Service Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service with Gilbert Plumber Expert (Gilbert Plumber Expert LLC) through our website, phone line (+1 623-745-9756), or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all residential and commercial plumbing diagnostic evaluations, repairs, installations, and maintenance services performed in Gilbert and Maricopa County, Arizona.

2. Transparent Estimates & Authorization

Prior to initiating any physical plumbing repair or equipment replacement, our certified technicians conduct a thorough on-site evaluation and present a detailed, itemized written estimate. Work will only commence upon receiving verbal or written authorization from the property owner or authorized representative. If unexpected concealed conditions (such as severe underslab erosion, decayed framing, or sub-surface line offsets) are uncovered during work, we will halt execution and review updated options with you before incurring additional charges.

3. Warranty Coverage & Craftsmanship Pledge

We stand behind our workmanship. Standard plumbing repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty when OEM parts are supplied and installed by our technicians. Major installations (including whole-house PEX repiping, tankless water heaters, and sewer line relining) carry extended multi-year manufacturer and craftsmanship warranties. Warranties do not cover secondary damage resulting from customer misuse, foreign objects introduced into drains, acts of nature, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

4. Municipal Codes & Permitting

All work performed by Gilbert Plumber Expert strictly adheres to the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), and specific Town of Gilbert municipal amendments. When projects require municipal building permits (such as water heater replacements and sewer lateral excavations), our team manages official permit filing and inspection scheduling.

6. Customer Responsibilities and Property Safety

To ensure the safe and efficient execution of plumbing services, customers are responsible for providing unobstructed access to work areas, including main water shut-off valves, water heater closets, attic access scuttles, and exterior sewer cleanouts.

If hazardous conditions (such as uncontained asbestos insulation, active electrical hazards, or aggressive pets) are present on the property, our technicians reserve the right to temporarily suspend operations until safe working conditions are established.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gilbert Plumber Expert LLC maintains full commercial liability and worker's compensation insurance. Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or the cost of repairing the direct physical damage caused by our workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing structural defects, sub-slab soil settlement, or consequential water damage occurring prior to our arrival.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and Maricopa County. In the unlikely event of a disagreement regarding service or billing, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal good-faith discussions with master plumber David Jones before pursuing formal arbitration.

5. Property Care and Site Conditions

Our technicians take extensive measures to protect flooring, drywall, and furnishings through the use of clean drop cloths and shoe covers. Property owners are requested to provide clear access to main shutoff valves, water heaters, and cleanouts, and to secure pets prior to arrival.

6. Payment Terms & Inquiries

Payment is due in full upon satisfactory completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and pre-approved financing. Inquiries regarding billing or agreements may be directed to our office at 2218 E Williams Field Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295.
